2018 Summary: Towertale, Jump Squad, ESGS, Art Studies, and other projects

Sorry for the lack of blog posts last year, I’m both busy and lazy to make one lol.
But anyway, Here’s a summary of the games and art that I’ve worked on last year. I don’t feel like making a wall of text right now so I’ll just dump some photos and screenshots on this post eheh.

I finished working on the art assets for Towertale.
If you like fast-paced games or boss battles, you might want to check this game out. Towertale is coming soon to steam and itch.io Q1 2019

Towertale is a 2D, story-driven action game that has a heavy focus in boss battles. Fight your way up “The Tower” and challenge the bosses of each level. Unveil the mystery that lies up in its peak. Play four different stories and unlock multiple endings.

You can find more info about the game here:

I worked on a new casual mobile game ‘Jump Squad’.

We joined ESGS again and showcased Jump Squad.
Thanks to everyone who dropped by our booth! ❤

We also joined Android Masters 2018 and won 1st runner up 🙂

I worked on more game projects, some were personal and some were freelance work.
Most of these are still unreleased.

I was finally able to do portrait art studies.

I uploaded my processes on ArtStation.

Plans and goals for 2019

  • Strengthen my art fundamentals.
  • Do quick art studies whenever I have some free time every day, not just on weekends.
  • Upgrade my working machine and tools.
  • Work on more game projects that I really like to create.
  • Join gaming/gamedev conventions and exhibits again.
  • Continue to expand my network of devs and artists 🙂

That’s all for now, I’m excited to make new games and artworks this 2019.
Happy New Year everyone~!
